Fitness Kickboxing

Our specifically designed 30 minute in-and-out workout is a combination of the punches, kicks, knees, and elbows of kickboxing with cutting-edge bodyweight exercise and is truly a full-body workout.

My son and I have trained under Kayla at 360 Defense in Colchester for a couple of years now. She is helpful and fierce and wonderful and an excellent instructor-to children and adults alike. Our loss is clearly Middletown's gain! We will def be taking the road trip to stop by and train!!!
