What to Expect:
This women’s self-defense workshop is designed to meet you where you are—no experience required.
You’ll learn some fundamental Krav Maga - practical, realistic strategies for personal safety that focus on awareness, boundary setting, and simple, effective physical techniques.
We understand that many women carry previous experiences that shape how their bodies respond to stress or threat. This workshop is trauma-informed ,taught at a supportive pace, and never forces participation beyond your comfort level. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, make choices for yourself, and build skills in a respectful, empowering environment.
This is not about fear or aggression—it’s about clarity, confidence, and knowing your options.
