360 Defense Middletown is owned and operated by Kayla Stomberg.

I have been training in Martial Arts since I was 4 years old, teaching since 2007 and began full time in 2011 at 360 Defense Norwich under Charlie McShane. In 2013 I graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Leisure Management and a minor in Business Administration. 

360 Defense is a woman-instructed self-defense  school with women friendly classes! It can be intimidating walking into a typically "male-dominated activity" But you won't find any egos here. We are a friendly, welcoming, inclusive environment. Every student that walks through the door is doing so for personal growth and improvement! Personally, Krav Maga and Kickboxing has really empowered me and I hope it can do the same for you. 

To the parents out there - I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old! I know how hard it can be to try and find time to exercise and do something for yourself! We have a cool "Kids corner" and work/drawing station to keep your kids occupied while you train.
